How it Works

Send us an email to info@habanawear.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and state the reason why. Please allow up to 48hrs for a response with an approval and a return authorization number.

Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.

What items are returnable?

Items purchased in the last 30 days. This is confusing for some people, so let us elaborate: We understand items take a while to process and it may be a week or two before you even receive your item(s). This is the reason why we allow returns 30 days after the date of purchase. You should have enough time to try out the item before providing a reason why you would want to return it. Items washed are NOT accepted as returns.

NOTE: Not all reasons are acceptable for a return. Example: My dog ate it; I washed it with cheap items; I poured Clorox on it and it got stained; I tore it when it snagged on something; I wore it 3-4 times and it didn't fit or I didn't like it; I put the whites with the colors in the washing machine and dryer and it came out blue or pink or red or whatever... ( these are just a few of the many examples).

On that note: Every product we design goes directly to the manufacturers for production. Every order is unique and many items are hand stitched and/or woven. None of our products are made in mass production. The prints are made in the USA and our manufacturers, as well as us, stand behind the quality of the products we sell. 

With that said, keep in mind that the location of our artwork will differ for every item, every order. Most differences are not noticeable, off 1mm up to 1/2cm. These are NOT reasons to return an item, as they are NOT considered defective, but rather part of the "hand-made" production and custom artwork. 

Any return requests based on such will NOT be accepted.

Items marked as final sale.

Free gifts, clearance or promotional items with retail value.
